BEATLES SIGNED RINGO STARR FLIP WIG GAME + CAIAZZO COA Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album This is a fantastic piece of Beatles Memorabilia! It is a 1964 original Milton Bradley "Flip Your Wig" game board. Although not a very rare item in itself, what makes this one special is that this one is framed and AUTOGRAPHED BY RINGO STARR!! This was autographed and inscribed ("To Chris") by Ringo at a CD listening party in Los Angeles in 1990 with a LARGE FULL NAME SIGNATURE with "90" added at the end. The signature is four inches long and looks great in black marker against the gray background of the board, above Ringo's and Paul's heads. The board is mounted shadow-box style, so that the Beatles game pieces and some of the cards could be displayed above. This great item has been authenticated by the world's foremost Beatles signature expert, Frank Caiazzo (COA included). Beautifully matted and framed (with glass), it measures 24 3/4" x 31 1/4" x 2". The black frame has some minor nicks and dings, but is still in excellent condition. There is some minor "foxing" in various spots on the board and on the matte. This could possibly be cleaned somewhat, but we obtained this item framed and don't want to open it and disturb the contents. None of this affects the signature and the overall appeal of the piece. Full-name Ringo signatures are very rare, as he hasn't signed like this since the early 90s. This could well be one of his last ones and to have it on a great piece of Beatles memorabilia has got to be extremely rare!!!
